Understanding Siperb’s Pricing Plans
Everything works on the free plan. That’s intentional.
Siperb is built on the principle that the phone should just work — calls, transcoding, proxy routing, push notifications, provisioning. None of that is paywalled. You sign up, connect your PBX, and you have a fully functional softphone at no cost.
What the paid plans add isn’t functionality — it’s persistence and management.
Personal — Free
For individuals connecting their own softphone to a PBX.
- Full proxy access — route calls through Siperb’s secure SIP proxy
- Transcoding — Siperb handles codec negotiation automatically
- Push notifications on mobile and desktop
- Provisioning — manage your SIP credentials centrally

The one limitation: your data lives on your device. Call history, recordings, and message history are stored locally. If you lose or replace the device, that data is gone.
For personal use, that’s often fine. For a business, it isn’t.
Business
For businesses deploying Siperb for their staff.
Business adds two things that matter at an organisational level:
Domain Users
Create and manage Internal Managed Users within your domain. As the administrator, you have full visibility into each user’s account — connections, settings, feature access — and can configure everything on their behalf. These are your staff accounts, provisioned and controlled centrally.
Cloud data retention — 6 months
Call history, recordings, and message history sync to the cloud and are retained for six months. Users don’t lose their data when they switch devices, and you have a record to refer back to.
After six months, data ages out. If you need it for longer, that’s Business Pro.
Business Pro
For businesses that need long-term records and AI-assisted tools.
