Co-branded Softphone
What is Co-branding? Co-branding means your organisation becomes a Domain Owner on the Siperb platform. Your users interact with your brand—your logo, your company name—whilst Siperb handles the underlying VoIP infrastructure behind the scenes. You own the customer relationship; we own the technology.

Same Softphone, Your Brand
The co-branded softphone is identical to Siperb Softphone in terms of features and functionality. Your users get:
- Web-based phone (browser access)
- Desktop application (Windows, MacOS and Linux)
- Mobile application (iOS and Android)
- Device management and registration modes
The difference? Every interface displays your logo and branding, with a small “Powered By Siperb“. To your users, it’s your softphone.
You’re the Domain Owner
When you set up a co-branded domain, you become the Domain Owner and Administrator. This means:
- You manage all users within your domain (Add and Remove)
- You (can) configure how calls route to your existing PBX or telephony system
- You provide first-level support to your users
- You control what features and settings your users can access
- You can invite sub-administrators to help manage the domain
What Can Be Customised
Your co-branded domain includes white-labelling options:
- Logo: Your company logo replaces the Siperb logo throughout the user interface
- Application appearance: Softphone branding reflects your organisation across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
- Up to three custom Menu Items: Directly link customers to your own pages, with your own content and add these links directly in the branded fly-out menu.
The underlying technology, feature set, and security remain unchanged. Siperb continues to manage infrastructure, updates, and platform reliability.
Connection Modes
Your co-branded softphone supports the same two connection modes as Siperb Softphone:
- Proxy: Your users register to Siperb’s secure proxy servers. Best for security and stability.
- WebSocket: Direct peer-to-peer connections from the softphone to your PBX. Best for low-latency environments.
You choose which mode suits your users’ needs during setup.
Who Should Co-brand?
Co-branding is ideal for:
- VoIP resellers: Offering softphone services under your own brand to your customer base
- Managed Service Providers (MSPs): Bundling communications as part of your managed suite
- IT service providers: Deploying unified communications to your clients
- Businesses with multiple offices: Standardising on a single softphone platform across locations, branded as your own
