Do I need my own Asterisk PBX?
This application works best when connected to your own on-site or hosted PBX. It doesn’t have to be Asterisk.
Do you have a free option?
Yes, the basic provisioning and proxy service is free. Storage and other services will not be free.
Can I connect to another service provider like Twillio or my own TISP?
Yes, you can. You will need to be using the media transcoding in your connection.
Does my own PBX have to be WebRTC enabled?
If you are using a Direct Connection, then yes, but if you are using Transcoding Connection, no.
This is an Open Source Project?
Yes, the core and the web deployed code is open source. The mobile apps, and cloud service code is not.
Can I install/host this on my own servers?
No. Besides… its free!
