Hi, and thank you for your interest in the SIPERB beta Program!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re excited to have you on board and look forward to your valuable feedback. To get things off the ground we have a simple start to the Beta Program, and would like you to follow us to the final objective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objective:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The objective or goal of the first test in the beta program is the Onboarding Test. For the moment the only test call you can make is:\u00a0*65<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note:<\/strong> Since April 2025, you will need to add the feature codes<\/a> into the connections table before you test this feature code. Read more on Feature Codes<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need to complete the following steps, and make a test call, but it will depend on the platform you would like to use. You can also use either or both the Mobile Application and (or) the Web Application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Web Application Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open a new tab in your Web Browser. We support all major browsers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Head over to\u00a0https:\/\/www.siperb.com\/phone\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Mobile Application Process<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Open either the\u00a0Google Play Store<\/a>\u00a0or the\u00a0Apple App Store<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Download and Install the App, and open it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Both Web & Mobile<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Create a Device Provisioning Profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. When you have completed the steps let the phone load, and make your first test call: *65<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
