The proxy works. Transcoding works. Push notifications work. You&#8217;re not on a crippled tier waiting to be upsold \u2014 the free plan is genuinely usable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upgrade only when you have a specific reason: you need call history to survive a device change, you need to manage staff accounts, or you need records retained for longer than 7 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WebSocket mode \u2014 requirements for direct PBX connection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This section applies to the <strong>Web phone and mobile apps<\/strong>.
